Thank you. This is the only Xmas decoration (or is it?) at the shop.

You are right about "over-processing". When aiming to do right first, less need to be done later, and the quality is retained. Thank you.

Yes. After I took this, I saw someone over the other side of the lake, on his belly, and inching forward with his elbows. I'll do that next time. Eagles too?

He was one cold and miserable dog after the mushroom hunt!!

Thank you Steve - it's been awhile since I captured the original image and I ran it through a new filter package in CS6 - not quite as advanced/sophisticated as the tone mapping you are using however. Thanks for the nice compliment!

Yes. What nature provides.

Thank you all. I have little to work on in Singapore. The other place, which I'll go, is the Nature Reserve - a 500 meter high hill of prime forest and walking treks. In this pic, the light was a bit feeble, not a bad thing, I imagine - feeble light still can make a feeble-light pic. I tried to keep the original RAW file as close to what I want as possible, to minimize deterioration. The white tree was quite white originally. Yes.

Dave, Nice image, the sky can be darkened to make it even more dramatic, I feel.

Thank you, Amy. I was attracted by the "going" and "returning". I was thinking of removing the garbage bin. But, it seems to have its rightful place here.
