This still gives me the creeps after so many years, love it !

Fine details. The one with selective focus seems to stop the viewers at the door and pay attention to the chair texture. Well, just an opinion.

Nice tonal range. Very nice - the highlights without glare, giving room for the steam to shine. My 2 bits.

Thank you. The 75 mm shot at f2 gave a narrow depth-of-field - may be 6-8 inches. But seems to work quite well here.

Thanks, Other than the usual tree to forest issues the foto was taken against morning sun.Had to fix some chroma, purple fringing and take the termite home out of dark shadow. hehe lucky angle and very good lens and very plyable file with lightroom 6.

Good use of selective focus, I think.

Thank you. I think the sun streaming strongly in made the diff.

Chairs-in-waiting. The 75mm at f2 gave a nice selective focus. The chair in the middle is in focus, while the ones at the back faded away fast. I am a little surprised that those at the front-left also stayed in focus. Better this way - don't want a single chair in focus. Thank you. A bit of fun.

I like this tree - its shape, and reach. There are also many distractions. So I reduce the distractions around for the sake of the tree. I don't do this often. "twigs upon twigs" would be preferred. Thank you.

Nice use of the wide-angle lens.

Thank you. A bit tricky to use a 75mm for this. Easy enough to blur the background at f2, but to make the foreground stay in focus!! I like those reddish things in the background. Don't remember what they are.

Beautifully done, as usual.

Thank you. I find it a challenge and delight, in trying to do a scene, like this, where things are rather uniform (grass and more grass), and yet bring it to life. Uniformity does not have to be a bore, I hope. I am glad you like this.

I was poking the lens quite close to the droplets. Some of the droplets are in focus, the rest seem to appear as bokeh. The green leaves at the back have become blurs. The responsiveness of the shutter also is helpful. Thank you.

I was using my Elmarit 28mm, f2.8 on the A6000, making it roughly 35mm. To get the 3D look, I shot the flower head-on. Even so, with the lens wide-open, I still had to get quite close. Thank you.

I was lucky - the morning sun started to stream in behind the bush. Just waited 5 minutes till the light was right. Took care to keep shadow details. Thank you.

Don't know what this is. I was attracted by the glow, which seemed to give a 3D look, while highlighting the wall texture around. Selecting this, deselecting the rest which receded. Thank you. I am sure next time it won't be the same. A bit of luck.

Thank you. This branch withered prominently, across the path. Not shy at all.

Thank you. I wanted to let these trees stand out from the others. It seems that is the way they want it. Unfortunately we don't have any cemeteries left here.

Thank you. The morning light was just right, subdue yet with a bit of glow. Shot quite close at f1.4, it gave me the blurred background and the bokeh. The colours are natural.

Well done, Gip! A beautiful image.
