The famous "Yellow mountain". Must have started to climb early to catch sunrise at the top.

Nice shades of gray. I think we have a similar type of adjustable mechanism in one of our airports. On a good sunny day, you could spend a day photographing.

Thank you. It seems to give a sense of repose (I think so anyway).

Thank you. When the conditions are right, the picture takes itself, with minimal editing. This was one of them. I exposed carefully and pressed.

I am glad you like this. I was sitting opposite watching her for 1/2 hour. She had been intensely involved with her work.

Thank you. I try B&W landscape but find it a challenge. Here, without mountains, rivers, gorges etc, landscape often means gardens, small forests, parks. Nonetheless, B&W still appeals to me. Glad you like this.

Thank you. Stretching a 65 yr old camera and the Summitar lens a bit. If you are into simple food, I recommend this.

Thank you. Taken with the IIIf, at ISO400. Not bad, that it is 65 years old.

Thank you. I was leaning over the railing. Using the gradient in focus, in brightness to highlight the swerve of the curb. Glad you like this.

Thank you. Heinz suggested this name, Medusa, when I was unable to think of one. Very apt, indeed. I went back to photograph these nasty girls, giggling at Medusa. These girls came over from the opposite shop window.

Thank you. I am looking for a road which progressively fades into darkness around a bend. But, here the roads are not long enough or too brightly-lit. This one is fine- can't have everything.
