Thank you. A simple scene. I was attracted by the way we see simple scene as simplicity. I like the gradation in grey tones that separates the shapes. I am glad you like it.

Thank you. I had a 50mm with me at the time, but would have preferred a 35 mm. I stood underneath the right side to emphasise the convergence. The lightings are natural.

Hi mitresg, thanks. Shot in DNG and converted to jpeg off line. Have not figured out how to nail a shot in jpeg yet, DNG is a safer option for me.
It's the rainy season in Anhiu and can be pretty depressing I guess.
I thought this was an old lady, but now I am not sure any more; I guess we'll never know for sure.
Thanks for the comment!

Thank you. I was firstly attracted by the prominent sign and the lamp. The sky( bright at the top, dark at the bottom - no, it was not PP) made the diff. The building beneath the lamp was a bonus, icing. Have to lift up my head.

Thank you, Heinz. The architecture of this mall is well, amazing. The outside facade is equally amazing. Remember what Dorothy said about Oz - "must be a powerful wizard to live in a place like this!"

Thank you. There were cooks from China running around in front; waited for a chance to shoot the bamboo dim sum containers being steamed. Kept to f1.4 to isolated them. Not too bad - showed the texture well enough.

Thank you. These two ladies had been engaged in conversation for quite a while. I was trying to catch a right moment to shoot, but was afraid to disturb them. As you can see, I shot a table-top level. But, fun though. The M6 allows me t catch it right.

Thank you. I like to do B&W landscape, but it is a bit of a dilemma for me. I was standing on the road, about 6 feet from the grass, crouching to get an upward shot.
