Thank you. The entrances to the local Chinese Temples tend to be unadorned; only through a narrow passageway do you emerge to the grand hall. Don't know why. This is a narrow passageway.

A meal fit for a king.

Thank you. Morning rays lit up the lines, crossed-crossed by tree shadows, dotted by scattered leaves. A charming sight after the rain.

Thank you. At 5am. This part of the Garden is under renovation. Those were sandbags on the floor. Yes. I was attracted by the lighting too.

Thanks, Heinz. Vivid colour came from Nature. I oriented myself to face two of the flowers with yellow rim. There were some more at the back. Nature or nurture?

Thank you for your perceptive comments. At 5am, people in Chinatown walks at a brisk pace; they are likely going to work. The streets are not yet awake, not yet adorned; they will be at work when the streets are ready to receive customers. I know I was pushing the M9 but it seems to respond well.

Thank you. The subject is simple. Just tried to use tone an texture to accentuate the lines. The fast lens let me maintain details. The 50 Cron is a real joy.

I thought, a first, the were ballerinas.

Beautiful tone, beautiful 50 Noctilux. Just wonder what those streaks are.

Nice texture, and selective focus. The 50 Lux can do a good job.

Nice texture and tone. The hint of shadow is a nice touch. I would like to do snow, but there is none here. I try sand instead.

Thank you, Heinz. I saw charm in this - a pile of pamphlets lying on the floor, forlornly hoping to be appreciated. The world runs this way.

Like the ocean waves. How long is it before they overwhelm the jetty?

Thank you. Squalls like this are a real joy. But are rare. All that misty downpour in the pic were real. I pressed the button only.

Thank you. This Swiss restaurant, Marche, has been around more than 35 years. Amazing foresight. The lighting in the restaurant is gorgeous. I have as much fun poking around with my camera.

Thank you. I didn't do the track running from top to bottom. Shot at 1/1250, f8, to keep the sand sharp. Had a bit of fun doing this.

Thank you. Shot at ISO800, 1/1600 sec, f5.6 or f8, to keep the pic sharp.

Thank you. This old man is a road sweeper. I saw him going into the toilet. I was waiting for him to come out. Bent with age. I talked to him once. He pointed to his mouth, meaning "have to eat".
