Wow. Can't believe you captured face detail with this lighting. Awesome!

Lilia, Thanks! A joy to others, I guess.

40 fire trucks & ambulances came to our rescue. Fortunately, it turned out well. I stayed out of their way photographing without disturbing anyone. Made a point of shaking each fireman's hand and thanking them. It takes so little to make someone happy. Lilia

Thank you. The leaves were growing in a ditch, 2 feet below road level, which was covered with spongy grass. Had fun with the tripod.

Thank you. It is really hot in there. To see some young cook willing to work, is amazing.

Thanks, JT - on behalf of the great Master of Light . . the Sun . . low winter sun which shines in through a window in the other end of the room, and the soft light from left is another, very close window with translucent fabric . . she isn't even posing; she's in the middle of a conversation, not noticing the old dad fumbling with his new toy; the 135/2. :-)

Slight mismatch between sky and reflections; revealing that the sky is a bit overdone. We are perfectionists, aren't we?

Thank you. This is really quite an unassuming floor tile (actually stone) - very big - where people do Chi Kung, Kung Fu, and Yogi, surrounded by old trees.

Thank you. This is fleeting. Once, I set up my camera, from B&W to colour, and the ISO, looked up and it was gone. I am luckier this time.

Thank you. This is part of the Museum wall. Someone had given thoughts to their design. Don't know about the "tick" on the wall.

Thank you. I was attracted to the bird's leaning forward, which is quite typical of Mynah Birds. Aggressive and intelligent. The roof of McDonald and its golden backdrop enhance the bird without too much distraction.
