Thank you. I was able to take a picture of my own glasses, as I just received my new pair. A rare occasion.

Thank you. The toast and coffee are not great, and, we have been eating the same everyday for a long tie. But, it is a moment's solitude that we value.

Thank you. The cakes are reflections from the shop behind us; the girl and the cars are on the other side. I focused on the cakes. It is fortuitous that the girl had just walked past the shelf of cakes and thus appeared to be inside when in fact, she was outsie.

Thank you. I am trying to use the 50 Lux for selective focus.

Thanks, Chan! And - good to see your signature again, Terry! I've been off the site for quite some time; had an exhibition in April/May; printing, mounting & wall placement took all of my energy for many weeks . . .

. . love the woman with sunglasses - and the guy up left. I was up front in a bus driving behind this one.

Thanks, Chan! Did you try pressing Full Size? Shows clearly the insane resolution of the Apo Telyt, combined with the 42 MP of the A7rII . . .

Like the bokeh.

I value the 109 auto focus although it is not fast enough to capture sudden changes. Frustrating when you spotted a moment and press asap, and then found your image just a step behind. But I miss the tilted LCD the most. Otherwise, the DLUX 109 is the "moment"Get something.

D-Lux (type 109) ISO 800, 1/80 sec at f2.3; stretching the Lux a bit. Seems OK as I could position myself at the right position, frame for the shot.

Interesting use of selective focus.

Like the images from the Q. Colors are rich. Lens is sharp.

Enjoy your street images. Like the glasses. A bold statement for such a seasoned citizen.

Thank you. I always find it a challenge to do bamboo in sunlight - a compromise.

Thank you. Those thin stalks are like ink strokes in a Chinese painting. Not easy to focus on those flowers as they are at varying distances. Tripod.

Serves coffee at SB in the day, attends art school at night. The colour in the pic is natural.

Who needs 3D when you have an Apo Sonnar? (Paul Newman was once asked why he didn't help himself to some of the starlets swirling around him on the sets. "Who would go out for a burger, when you can have a steak at home," was his reply . . .)
