Thank you so much for your comment Mitres, and glad you like the picture :-) // Hasse

Thank you. This is the wall decoration in a cafe. It wasn't convenient to move around. The need to shoot upward made it hard to get rid of the obstruction (a chair) at the bottom.

Yes. But, I hesitated. I didn't mind the blending of the bush colours when some part of it was parched already, but, I closed my eyes to force changes to the tree colours at the back. Overdone?

Nice subdued colour. Like the roof - detailed and its graduated redness.

Wonder what a B&W version would look like.

M8 does give good skin colour. It seems.

Thank you. It was 6.30 am in Chinatown. They drift from place to place. I sat next to him for a while, watching him.

Fatty Weng Restaurant dates back 60+ years. The people who favours this are dwindling. "For the time they are a changing."

Nice and sharp, at f6.3 and ISO 50! May be it is helped by the monopod?

Thank you. An ordinary office-girl, who is usually given very short lunch breaks. Thus, the take-away packed lunch and the drink. Standard fare for a standard living. For this one, I was a bit more prepared. Any defects arise from other limitations.

Thank you. I had cropped part of the back chairs, to focus on the front one. At night this is a heavy drinking place. These chairs need a well-deserved rest.

Thank you. Amazing how a little extra bit - the reflection in this case - can add so much. It has been commented that I used to PP too much. I hope this one is better. I think now the less PP the better, if I could get by. Nonetheless, it seems to me, a bit of grain, grunginess in this pic is not bad.

Yes. I fully agree. More interesting, I think, than the back. Some might disagree. Shot at ISO400, 1/90 sec at f4. It took me by surprise, really. I wasn't quite prepared to shoot people in action. Might even have been better to focus on what they were doing. No time to think. Try to do better next time.

I have a bit of nostalgia for this mall. It has been demolished to make way for more modern ones, with well-designed purposes. To serve us better, but without the charm.
