About Jorge Torralba

I began my career behind the lens years ago, working as a UPI stringer photographer alongside shooting weddings and events, before transitioning into enterprise IT and software development.

Now retired from IT, I combine both worlds by developing, hosting, and actively maintaining free online communities for photographers, including:

www.NikonImages.com
www.LeicaImages.com
www.50mil.com
www.PureRangefinder.com
www.ZeissImages.com
www.Realcapture.photo

Operating as a full time retiree means I now report directly to a new "management team" at home; one who couldn't care less about Exposure, Focal length, Composition, ITIL, Tuckman's stages, or PMP frameworks, but excels in delegating Honey-Do lists.

When I’m not handling those tasks, I’m actively enhancing these sites, taking on software or photography freelance work, and building tools for the community. Reach out anytime with feedback, suggestions, or project inquiries!
