I think it is Nitrogen. Saw another photo when he was driving away, better angle to read.
Might send the b&w version as well. He actually looks like a conductor leading an orchestra. Like Phantom of the Opera stuff.

Enveloped in a cloud of smoke / gas?. He was making a delivery to one of the medical offices on the street. I would like to thank him personally for wearing yellow making this photo more exciting.

Ever since 9/11 they make their presence more visible, as well as the Coast Guard, and other militia. We are very proud and grateful for our police and firemen. Wonderful people!
