Taken in the evening after a Tiffany & Co. marketing event was held in the center of this oval structure. The Tiffany wording is a sign not yet removed from the area.
I saw the snoopies tumbling down the escalator earlier. Set my camera up and waited for a vehicle to pass by. Double-decker buses won't do. It turned out to be a FedEx truck. Couldn't be better. Thank you.
Thank you. I remember the days when we used to sit down along the side-walk, sat on a low stool and got served hot soup noodle. Hardy women, they moved the store by carrying the whole thing using a bamboo pole.
The bottom of the escalator is made of reflective metal, showing the floor pattern. The hard part was to catch those people, especially the legs. I was shooting film, so I could not afford too many attempt. Just did it for fun. Glad you like it, though.
Nice natural colours, just the way I remember them.\n\n\n
M10 with modified Adobe Standard profile as described in post #18 in this thread. I struggled with what I felt was over-saturation of the standard LR profiles (especially the M10 profile) but have been quite pleased with this one.
testing my 180mm f4 Cfi Sonnar T* -- I still think the 135mm f4.5 'Blue Dot' Sekor set on my C220 beats it.
