Thanks JT. I'll try to post a photograph of the lens and its macro adapter fitted to an M9 alongside a DR Summicron fitted to a Leica M3. Using these lenses with film or CCD digital bodies leaves the photographere with a problem of working out depth of field which you didn't have with an SLR. Since moving to CMOS snsors now it's possible to assess DOF when taking the photograph.

Would love to see a pic of this setup. I was a big fan of macro photography when I was younger but never did it with an M. Had the old extension tubes on my Nikon F2 or F3. Wow. Dating myself here.
