I packed a polarizer but neglected to use it. I have not used polarizers in the rain, but I think it is a very useful suggestion for the next opportunity

This is uncropped version of the image posted earlier today. I incorrectly stated it had been taken at 50 yards when it was actually closer to 25 yards. Sorry for the misinformation.

On rechecking the distance, it was more like 25 yards. Sorry. I will see if I can post the full image from which this is a small crop.
