This is a hidden jewel in my neighborhood. Only discovered it a few years ago. The residents keep it secret. The bridge takes you to a small peninsula with benches on the river. Very tranquil and pretty. Beautiful views of both north and south Manhattan, plus Queens across the river.

Funny, how I bypassed this a few times, then noticed the shadows & lines as I cropped and cropped. Sometimes we need to know when to eliminate the excess to get at what is important.
