Awesome. Good colors and love the saturation. Plus, I have a thing for handlebar / bike pictures. Have a look www.zeissimages.com/slideshow.php?membercollection=160 HERE
Thank you for your comment about Ruth Bernhard. I wonder if maybe she copied me! This photo was shot and published in Camera 35 in 1964. I had no lighting equipment so I improvised to get the softness I wanted, the light source, my TV set, B/W of course. The lighting was so soft I had a hard time focusing the RF on the M3, but I got what I wanted. Thanks again, only kidding about Ruth.
Interesting subtle color, and painted vs metal surfaces. I've been doing a theme like this for a while too, as the discard bin behind the auto body shop is on a common walking route. Have fun! :)
Thanks... Yes, it's coming; I had the snowblower out for a test run today. There's vehicle traffic and foot traffic all around that parked car, but it hasn't moved... :)
I like this, and I'm struggling to say why... It's the pictures within the picture that make up the whole... with people doing similar things separately.
This is beautiful. Wonderful lighting and mood. I know they are just veggies but it has a nice feel to it :) You should post these on [url]http://www.leicaImages.com
I'm very happy with this lens. I was a little worried about talk of softness at wide apertures. It may not be as crisp, but it's still very nice. And great for portraits.
I've gone through a lot of telephotos. But this one is my keeper.
