Thank you for your comment. It does take some imagination to recognize that this is snow sliding off a roof just above the camera. Like a tiny glacier, it moves slowly on the metal roof until the weight of the hanging part is too much and it breaks off.
Thanks for the comment. "Aperture f/1" is a bug from Apple's iPhoto: when uploading pictures from the M8 iPhoto can't read the aperture and set it at f/1 i don't know why. So now i upload with Lightroom.

martin, the ISO was a total screw up on my part. I was in extremely foggy conditions prior to this. Re the aperture, it actually was at f/8, just read incorrectly in EXIF b/c I had the 50 1.4 lens selected in my non-cpu lens. I needed to have as much DOF as possible as I wanted both flowers in focus. you are correct, to get the most out of it you want to stay at/under f/8 at base ISO if possible.
