the Green 'Mohican Hairstyle' of the Scout Standard-bearer has caused comment in one of our local newspapers-- some Veterans said it 'demeaned the solemnity of the occasion' then the reporter got a quote from a Scout Leader and he said that the young man in question was a 'very nice chap' and had given up his Sunday to go on the parade !
