I looked at the blow up and wasn't impressed by the technical performance of the camera. The shot is good. There is motion blur from camera movement, and I am sure this made it hard for the software to do a good job of noise reduction. At ISO 1600 there should be no noise in the mid grays, but there is quite a bit. This is the problem with 36 MP on a FF sensor - the photo sites are small. The BSI sensor isn't helping the situation. Did you use IDC to do the conversion from ARW? That is essential if you shoot RAW, as Adobe doesn't have the algorithm from SONY to unbutton their ARW files, and probably will never get it from SONY.
