Hello Weasheal, at first thanks for your LIKE and your comment !
For the R-lenses (here the Makro-Elmarit 60mm) and the Nex (E-mount) I used the Metabones adapter L/R -> E mount. The Metabones-adapter is very good because he has a Arca-Swiss shoe for connecting the tripod. He gives a very good balance between camera and lenses.
