Ramadan is the ninth month of the islamic moon calendar and requires muslims to keep fasting between sunrise till sunset. Lukomir is the most remote and high altitude village of muslims in Bosnia.
After iftar they prepare for bed. Next meal- suhoor - is at 3 a.m. and the first prayer of the day at 4.
