Wish I had a better shot -- but I think this is the same guy that's in Handgun's photo from the UK. Obviously, the same outfit. Or a twin. Or the green man gets around.

yes in Portugal i saw some 1 standing in the air holding his ambrella on the pavement. he used the same tricky metal rod

He's actually sitting on a metal rod stool that runs up his left leg, the base hidden underneath the carpet.
