very special on this shot is not, what is on the picture, but how it was taken as close up macro is normally not, what the Leica is made for.

If you don't know Leica: the M Monochrom is like the M9 on this picture a rangefinder camera. The lens I used for this shot is the Macro-Elmarit-R 60/2.8 from the analog Leica-R SLR camera connected to the Monochrom through an adapter R-M. As there is no mirror or LiceView in the Monochrom, with this lens you don't have any control of focus or the framing.

I needed about 20 shots and by try and error I finally got this result :)
