What an excellent, gorgeous, image, Dierk - you are a master at portraiture - there's a wonderful heart and soul to this that makes it such a superb work.
This is an EXCELLENT portrait per se. But I think that apart from this, I think that it combines something of Hallsman's academic style and Bresson's humanistic approach in an ingenious manner. Your portraits in general have these elements. Excellent Dierk, just excellent.
