Different lights, different but intertwined stories

Since the theme of the current contest is “A story with available light”, I participate with this my very favorite photo. It provides a few different kinds of lights which enhance a few different but intertwined stories. How many of these do you see?
Nice set of lights!
I see several scenes: A group of people attending a small show, under the green light. Another group is cooled in the river ... I guess it would be a hot summer night. People are outside due to the heat! ... That's what I imagine!
