Yep, handheld; I recalled I was bracing my elbows against some metal-railings, :) though there was lots of jostling amongst the crowd trying to purchase fresh fishes from this seller. Other pics did not turn out as well, as the waves was moving the boat. In the (right) person's right hand was actually a live fish, but that is a bit blurred... as the fish was "struggling". Glad you like!
