There is something very direct about b&w. It gets straight to the heart of the matter, without the distractions of color. Did you read my commentary to Sol about Simon & Garfunkel? They were neighbors of mine in Queens where I grew up. Good, nice local boys. The Queensborough Bridge is one short block from my home so it is very dear to me.
