Thanks Diane. This journalist makes a living writing about beer for worldwide publications including the Daily Telegraph and The Times etc. He can be read at - http://www.maltworms.blogspot.co.uk.

The shot was complex to light as there was strong light from the right side. I used a white reflector to bounce light back into the left side shadows. I don't use flash.
