I am not very technical & am new to digital photography. What is banding?
You may be right as the images is downsized in Lightroom. I am just randomly doing this, without knowing which is best setting for LR downsizing.

Technical comment:
There are banding artifacts in the sky (postezisation through color compression.) Something happened in Lightroom during the lightening process, or perhaps during the compression for the WEB.
DO you see it in the TIFF file before conversion to JPEG. Or in the larger image?
BTW dust on the sensor.
