For my India series of Photographs I have tried to work in colour as I find it brings out the character of that country better. I had a look at this just now in B&W and still am not sure I prefer it. It's a close call though. Cropping it was not really an issue for me as I feel it would turn it into a standard portrait when I want some element of the surrounding to be reflected. The guy's face was not interesting enough to me for it to be the main feature.
