This is interesting. One would never wonder what this was taken with. It is grainy, dark and blurry. But that is the genius in this photograph. It is simply a fantastic picture that makes you feel like you are there rushing in the rain as well. Even better is the photographer who saw the potential in this photo and used it. How many of us would have discarded it because of the exposure? excellent example of great street photography!
