Valentina was my dorm mate in Refugio Paine Grande, Chile. She was 25 and mischievous. I took this image while we were waiting for a catamaran to take us to the other side of Lake Pehoe.
Taken at the entrance to a construction site. The security guard not too happy. Not easy( for me), to get the egg-yolk in the haze, with the dark trees. I under-exposed quite a bit to get enough of the egg-yolk, and tried to do the rest later. I showed the pics to the security guard, who told me that they were not good. I agreed.
This is a colour photo of the chef I took. It looks quite different in colour - the foreground of cooking ingredients become added interests. See if you find it so.
Bill was a Britt I met in a hostel in Puerto Natales, Chile. He had biked all through Argentina, camping by rivers and fishing for his meals. He brought his own bottle of wine to the bar and asked the owner if he can borrow a cup to use.
