There are no mirrors on either side of the escalator, at least none big enough to cause this. If you look at the couple on the left, it was a reflection caused by a pillar-shape mirror immediately on my left and I was standing at the bottom of the escalator.
Not easy to focus on those thin vines and leaves. Tried to get the background out of focus by opening up my 28mm. The quality of the Elmarit is outstanding. Like the grey-greyer tone.
