I take that subway right there! Nice street shot. If you look at my pics, there is one of a small group of kids in summer (one is cooling another with a bottle of water). that was shot right in front of the Starbucks on the corner.
You know when I was standing there on 58th. and 5th. ave, and saw this woman coming toward me in her stately fashion, she grabbed me. As a photographer I want to translate that emotion into a picture for others to see/experience. I want to communicate to people, who don't/haven't experienced the power of Manhattan, or any bustling metropolis, the energy masses of humanity can give off. You feel it like a current there on the street. At least I do. I think the greats had to have also. They must have.
