Thank you. The muted colour is natural, from the M9. I think the only thing I did was to bring out the red slightly.

Thank you. There were cooks from China running around in front; waited for a chance to shoot the bamboo dim sum containers being steamed. Kept to f1.4 to isolated them. Not too bad - showed the texture well enough.

Thank you. Chinatown is Chinatown - lighting is optional. My M9 was stretched - held my breath, held the wall. Not too bad, I thought, at ISO 2500.
